Nikolay Nikolaevich Zaitsev (1956-2016) – Russian artist and painter. Nikolai Zaitsev was the grandson of the landscape artist Nikolai Semenovich Zaitsev (1875-1938). He began drawing in early childhood, and in 1973 Nikolai entered the Stroganov School. Zaitsev is one of the founders of the gallery “Arbat-48”. Nikolai Zaitsev called his own artistic style “Drealism”. Exhibitions of Nikolai Nikolaevich Zaitsev were successfully held in Paris (1992), New York (1996), Hanover (1997), Baden-Baden (1998).
Paintings by Nikolai Zaitsev were acquired by many collectors for their painting collections.
